Transport of drinking water from the Yanbu desalination plant in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia to supply the cities of Yanbu, Madina, Hanakiyah, Mahd, Humra and Badr.
The Yanbu – Madina Phase 3 Water Transmission System is an extension of the existing Yanbu – Madina Water Transmission System and consists of the expanded tank farm in Yanbu and five independent pipeline systems:

- Coastal Area Supply Line – Phase 3 (Loop Line)
- Madina Hanakiyah Feeder Line
- Yanbu City Feeder Line – Phase 3
- Madina Mahd Feeder Line
